Northern Border Running Club is hosting a fun 1-mile kids race on Friday, September 15th ahead of the NEK Marathon in Island Pond, VT.  The 1-mile race will allow kids a unique chance to pass a running pumpkin during the race!  For parents running the NEK Marathon and NEK 1/2 Marathon, this is the perfect opportunity to relax and have fun before the race.

How to Participate:

The race will be FREE to run, but we will accept optional race-day donations at sign up.  Race registration will be available the night of the race (Sept 15), between 5:15-5:45.  The pumpkin chase will start at 6:00 pm sharp!

There will be parking available at the Island Pond State Beach, and the race will start and finish in the same location.
